Kim Haws Falasco

With over 30 years of experience, Kim has created financial plans and implemented risk-managed asset allocations to achieve her clients’ unique financial goals. As clients’ needs change, Kim continues to enjoy helping multiple generations achieve their objectives.

Kim earned a bachelor’s degree in personal finance from the University of Akron. While still in college, she began her career in 1986 at Dean Witter, where she developed a passion for wealth management, the people, and the markets. She joined Baird in 2009 and focuses on educating and counseling women, particularly suddenly single women and families, about the importance of planning and investing. Her goal is to be a client’s CFO, the go-to person for all things financial.

Kim has been recognized by Forbes/SHOOK Research as a Best-in-State Wealth Advisor* annually from 2018-2026 and among America’s Top Women Wealth Advisors** annually from 2019-2025. She has also been invited to attend the exclusive Barron’s Women Summit every year since 2008. In addition, The Haws Falasco Miller Group has been recognized as a 2026 Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Management Team.***
